Sparkherb wants you completely satisfied with your luxury textiles. If not happy with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return process for peace of mind.
Return most items within 30 days of delivery for full refund. Items must be unused, unwashed, in original condition with tags attached. Keep original packaging for returns.
Standard pillows, throws, and decorative textiles from regular collection are eligible. Items must be pristine and resalable. We inspect all returned textiles for quality standards.
Custom textiles, personalized items, and special orders cannot be returned unless damaged or defective. Final sale items are not eligible. Used or washed items cannot be accepted for hygiene reasons.

After receiving and inspecting return, we process refunds within 5-7 business days to original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless return is due to our error or defect.

If textiles arrive damaged or defective, contact us immediately with photos. We arrange replacement or full refund, including shipping. Your satisfaction is our priority.
